A Roaring Wind

This weekend was filled with roaring winds, yet there was sun...lots of sun. I was walking Soho and about 10 minutes in, it got so crazy that my hair was whipping my face, I could barely see, and the only thing we could do was hop in a cab and seek shelter. There's Jordan and I looking like maniacs with our crazy hair...his more than mine! I guess he's going for a more rock n' roll vibe this year?! And of course I'm sporting summery dresses in one of the coldest winters we've had! This embroidered beauty is something I couldn't keep in the back of my closet any longer. With a little lacy blouse underneath, I thought "it is now winterwear, I can go out!" Thankfully two layers of jackets saved the day. I love you Muubaa and APC! Oh, and there's two new loves in my life. These like YOKO sunglasses and a teeny tiny tube of Obsessive Compulsive LIP TAR in "Anime" that I now secretly stash away in the bottom of my handbag, you know, just in case I need some color?! It's a bubblegum pink and paired with a navy blue look, brightened up a somewhat of a dreary winter day. I'm currently on the prowl for more and more bright lip colors. Yesterday I went with a subtle orange that made me want to want to travel somewhere exotic like Bali or India. I'm already planning my next travel destination, so stay tuned! For now, I'm going to go all out in the lipstick department.
